Scott had worked in the builder industry for years before heading out on his own to build quality homes.  Scott Homes prides itself in being a hands on builder.  Our team of 3 may be small but we work hard to provide you a great experience during and a home you'll love for years in the end.  Whether you're buying one of our finished spec homes, starting from the very beginning or somewhere in between, you'll get our full attention before, during and after.

Owner Chris Pauli personally supervises the construction of each and every home, making multiple, daily visits to the job site and maintaining steady communication with his tradesmen.  Chris takes pride in scheduling, evaluating, and inspecting all aspects of each home. His attention to detail and quality are what his customers have grown to expect and value.

What do we mean when we say we’re building for higher expectations?  It means we educate our home buyers on the latest technology, advancements in building and decorating ideas.
